Promotion in brief

Then trade in your old large-format printer, plotter or vinyl cutter (HP and non-HP), and receive up to $2,000 cash back*. Plus, during the HP Cash In & Trade Up promotion, HP pays for the return shipping of your trade-in product!

Eligibility

Promotion valid in the U.S. only. Please see the terms and conditions for detailed eligibility requirements and cash-back amounts. Purchases/leases and invoices dated prior to or after this timeframe (May 1, 2008 to July 31, 2008) will not be eligible for this promotion.

Process Overview

Purchase or lease

Purchase or lease a qualifying, new HP Designjet T610, T1100, T1100 MFP, 4000, 4500, 4500mfp, Z2100, Z3100 or Z6100 series printer between May 1, 2008 and July 31, 2008.

Claim form

Complete the online claim form. You will receive a confirmation page and quote number upon submission-print out for your records. Reference your quote number for all questions relating to this promotion.

Trade in products

You may trade in any large-format pen plotter, inkjet printer, electrostatic plotter, thermal plotter, laser/LED plotter/printer or vinyl cutter that's 24" or greater. Trade-in product must be in good working condition.

Shipping instructions

Once your claim is received by HP's promotion headquarters, shipping instructions for your trade-in product will be sent electronically. Trade-in products must be picked up by HP's designated freight carrier within 30 days from the date you submit your online claim form or by September 30, 2008, whichever date occurs first.

Cash back

Once your trade-in documentation is verified, allow 4 - 6 weeks from the time your trade-in claim is complete to get your cash-back check. Completion of claim includes pick up of your trade-in product, receipt of proof of purchase/lease, and test page/decal or logo sample.
