Summary

This hands-on class is a continuation of the Autodesk Inventor Level 1 class and will provide understanding of wide scope of tools available for the typical user and advanced functionality found in Autodesk Inventor. Training is based on best design practices.

Who Should Attend

This course is designed for Mechanical Designers/Drafters as well as Engineering Managers who have completed the Autodesk Inventor Level 1 class.

Objectives

Students will be exposed to advanced sketching and modeling techniques that will make them more proficient. We recommend 20 to 40 hours of practice after class in order to reinforce these new skills.

Prerequisites

It is recommended that the student have a working knowledge of:

  • Microsoft® Windows® XP, or Microsoft® Windows® Vista.
  • Completion of Autodesk Inventor Level 1 class combined with approximately 120 hours working with Autodesk Inventor.
  • Drafting, design, or engineering experience.
